How does the injection molding process work?
During injection molding, liquid silicone (LSR – Liquid Silicone Rubber) is injected into a mold under high pressure. Afterwards, it cures through vulcanization, giving the material its excellent mechanical properties and temperature resistance. Since the entire process is fully automated, large quantities can be produced with the highest precision.
The use of modern injection molding machines ensures that the manufactured parts always have consistently high quality.
