Description
Lindemann Silikon GmbH & Co. KG is a manufacturer of silicone products. The company processes silicone by extrusion and injection molding to produce hoses, profiles, and molded parts in various cross-sections. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an:
Assistant to the Management Board (m/f/d)
You will be responsible for…
- supporting the management in operational areas for overall office organization, e.g., invoicing, complaints and dunning, correspondence.
- monitoring deadlines and appointments.
- leadership and task responsibility for office personnel.
- the communicative interface between production, warehouse, and office.
- creating work and process instructions for continuous improvement of quality processes.
Required Competencies
- completed commercial training / completed degree
- very good English skills
- experience in a leadership role in a medium-sized company.
- initiative, commitment, and absolute reliability
- customer orientation externally and assertiveness and enthusiasm internally
- independent and organized work with foresight
- implementation of an independent feedback and organization system for monitoring assigned tasks and communicating with management
- experience and enjoyment in independently designing process and quality procedures
- the ability to plan and implement processes from start to finish
- very good PC user skills (MS Office)
- Trainer certificate advantageous
