Lindemann Silikon GmbH & Co. KG produces high-quality silicone products. Our company processes silicone using extrusion and injection molding processes and manufactures hoses, profiles, and molded parts in various cross-sections. To expand our team, we are looking for an:
Accountant (m/f/d)
Tasks Financial Accounting:
- Execution of accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting (recording and checking open invoices, monitoring incoming payments)
- Execution of dunning, monitoring of open items.
- Account reconciliation and clarification
- Invoice verification, master data maintenance, postings
- Processing of payment transactions
- Assistance in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- the creation of statistics
Tasks Payroll Accounting:
- Prepare payrolls for the tax advisor
- Maintain master data, manage personnel files, working time accounts
- Process employee arrivals and departures
- Control of overtime, allowances, absences
- Issue wage and salary statements
- Contact person for employees' questions regarding wage tax, labor, and social security law.
Required Competencies
- Completed commercial training, preferably as an accountant, tax clerk
- Several years of experience in accounting
